In the first half of 2005, an employee of "UCEPS AT" LLC Birindeev Victor received training and retraining in order to obtain objective knowledge of the requirements of VCS. The result of semi-annual training is to confirm the knowledge gained to the attestation commission of Ministry of Transport.
In return, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, being a competent authority of the Russian Federation to fulfill obligations related to the participation of the Russian Federation in the VCS transportation carried out by auto transport certified that the expert of "UCEPS AT" LLC Birindeev Victor meets the requirements for experts in control of special vehicles that transport perishable food products for compliance with the requirements of VCS ( Competence Certificate of an expert №043 from 26.06.2005).
