Department of state policy in the area of road infrastructure, auto and urban transport of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation gave a mandate to "Ural Center for examination and compliance confirmation of auto transport" LLC to conduct expertise of special vehicles for the transportation of perishable food products to meet the requirements of "Agreement on the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs and on the special vehicles intended for such carriage" and issued a resolution "for carrying out works on the control of special vehicles intended for the transportation of perishable food products for compliance with the requirements of the SPS."
