GENERAL RULES ON LABELING OF DANGEROUS GOODS
Each loading unit containing dangerous goods must be labeled, characterizing the type and extent of dangerous goods.
The container filled with different types of dangerous goods shall be labeled, characterizing the hazard of each cargo.
Cargo units not being cleaned from dangerous goods or having uncleaned packaging, shall be labeled with specified requirements.
Exception.
It is allowed not to put a label on an overpack, characterizing the transport danger of goods , unless label is clearly seen on its side and end surface.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF LABELING
VEHICLES FOR TRANSPORTATION OF DANGEROUS GOODS
Transportation of dangerous goods in a vehicle on which there are no elements of the hazard information is punishable by an administrative fine for the driver in the amount of two thousand to two thousand five hundred rubles or disqualification from driving vehicles for a period of four to six months; for officials responsible for transportation - from fifteen thousand to twenty thousand rubles; on legal bodies - from four thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.
