LLC "Thermogarant" is an expert on ATP authorized by the competent authority of the Russian Federation - FBU "Rosavtotrans" and a registered testing station (laboratory) in the Technical Committee of the UN EEC in Geneva.

4. Registration and submission of documents to FBU "Rosavtotrans" for further receipt of the ATP certificate by proxy of the customer;

At the moment, the procedure for adopting amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law "On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Violations of the Russian Federation in the part of establishing administrative liability for violation of the rules for the transport of perishable food products" has come to an end. Penalties for violating the requirements of the ATP can significantly affect the activities of companies of carriers, transport companies, manufacturers of perishable products that have their own vehicle fleet, as well as individual entrepreneurs.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that applications of manufacturers and suppliers of perishable foodstuffs, enterprises receiving these products for subsequent sale in social facilities and trade networks, contain requirements for the existence of an ATP certificate for vehicles used to transport perishable goods.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 272 of 15.04.2011 "On Approval of the Rules for Carriage of Goods by Road Transport (as amended on December 22, 2016)," the transportation of perishable goods by road in urban, suburban and long-distance communication is carried out in accordance with the requirements established by the Agreement on the international transport of perishable foodstuffs and on the special vehicles intended for these transportations, signed in Geneva on September 1, 1970 (ATP), and These Rules.
