Step 1

Step 2

Step 3

The applicant is working on making changes in the design of the vehicle in the conditions of the enterprise, recommended in Opinion preliminary technical expertise or independently.

After the conversion work, the manufacturer draws up a declaration statement.

Step 4

After making changes to the design carried out technical inspection of the vehicle, which resulted in the diagnostic card is issued.

The applicant refers to the traffic police department to register any changes in vehicle design and submit the following documents:

1. The statement about the possibility of making changes to the vehicle design with a decision;
2. Identity document of the applicant;
3. The power of attorney, contract or other document proving the applicant authority to provide the vehicle owner's interests, in the cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
4. Conclusion The preliminary examination of the technical design of the TC for the possibility of change;
5. Application-declaration of the manufacturer works;
6. Duly certified copies of certificates of conformity for the used components and items of equipment, spare parts and accessories, are subject to mandatory certification (in the absence of marking a mark of conformity);
7. Diagnostic Card for inspection passage (at the initiative of the applicant);
